'Poppies for Peace'
The poppy is often seen as the (unofficial) flower of Palestine and a symbol of peace and resistance. It grows wild in the fields. Although the Palestinian Poppy, is in fact what we in the UK would call an Anemone Poppy, Anemone Coronaria.
I combined this beautiful flower with the idea of the Red Line for Gaza. A mass movement to urge MP's to do everything they can to stop the killing.

The print is an open edition.
Each print has been signed.
All prints are hand burnished using a wooden baren and spoon. I use oil based inks for their longevity and vibrant colour.
Prints will have a mix of cut and deckled edges.
