I currently post orders out on a Tuesday. Any order placed on a Tuesday will go out the following week. If you need your order sooner, please let me know and I'll do my best to get it to you.
I take every care to make sure your order is safe and snuggly packed, and do my upmost to make sure it arrives safe and sound.
Orders are posted UK 1st Class Royal Mail, Tracked 24, and recorded next day, when necessary.

If shipping to your country does not currently come up at the checkout, please do send me a message and I can look at a shipping quote for you.
Please note Sophie Elm will not be held responsible for customs or duty fees. If you are purchasing internationally, please check possible customs fees before placing an order.
IMPORTANT - USA CUSTOMERS:
I am delighted to say that I am slowly reintroducing US shipping to the shop. Original artworks are exempt from the new 10% tariffs imposed by the US government, so there should be no extra duties to pay on these goods. I will work out all fees upfront so the postage that you are charged by my shop will be all that you have to pay. Initially I will only be making my original linocut prints available, but I hope to add other products at a later date. It is quite tricky to work out what the postal fees including new handling fees will be when combinging prints, so if I find postage has been siginificantly over charged, I will refund the difference.

EU & Northern Ireland:
The EU’s new General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) has meant I now need to comply to new regulations when selling products to the EU and Northern Ireland. These legal changes mean added costs to practically impliment the new regulations, which as a small business I am going to have to work out if I can afford to do. Due to this I have had to suspend shipping to all EU countries and Northern Ireland at this time.
I do hope to be able to sell to the EU again, and I apologise to all EU customers for this current pause as I very much appreciate your custom.
Returns:
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, or deem an item to be faulty, please contact me within 14 days of recieving your order and I will do my best to rectify any problems. Please do not send your item back without contacting me first.
If you would like to arrange a refund or exchange, your item must be returned in a perfect saleable condition, including any product packaging.
The cost of returning the item is your responsibility. Exchanges and refunds will be processed within 5 working days after receipt of item. Refunds do not include postage costs.
I'm afraid I can only accept returns and exchanges on UK orders.
