I currently post orders out on a Tuesday. Any order placed on a Tuesday will go out the following week. If you need your order sooner, please let me know and I'll do my best to get it to you.
I take every care to make sure your order is safe and snuggly packed, and do my upmost to make sure it arrives safe and sound.
Orders are posted UK 1st Class Royal Mail, Tracked 24, and recorded next day, when necessary.
International parcels are usually sent tracked. Please see the section below for current international postage updates, in particular EU + Northern Ireland.

EU & Northern Ireland:
The EU’s new General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) has meant I now need to comply to new regulations when selling products to the EU and Northern Ireland. Due to this I have had to suspend shipping to all EU countries at this time. These legal changes mean added costs to practically impliment the new regulations, which as a small business I am going to have to work out if I can afford to do.
I do hope to be able to sell to the EU again, and I apologise to all EU customers for this current pause.
Returns:
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, or deem an item to be faulty, please contact me within 14 days of recieving your order and I will do my best to rectify any problems. Please do not send your item back without contacting me first.
If you would like to arrange a refund or exchange, your item must be returned in a perfect saleable condition, including any product packaging.
The cost of returning the item is your responsibility. Exchanges and refunds will be processed within 5 working days after receipt of item. Refunds do not include postage costs.
I'm afraid I can only accept returns and exchanges on UK orders.
