I currently post all orders out on a Tuesday. Any order placed on a Tuesday will go out the following week.
I will take every care to make sure your order is safe and snuggly packed, and do my upmost to make sure it arrives safe and sound.
Orders are posted UK 1st Class Royal Mail, signed for, and recorded next day, when necessary.
International parcels are usually sent tracked. Please see the section below for current international postage updates, in particular EU orders.
COVID - I'd like to assure you at this time, that all extra measures have been put in place to ensure that your items will be produced and packaged in a clean and safe environment. If there are any major delays to your order, I will contact you immediately if your order is affected.
INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE:
Sophie Elm will not be held responsible for customs or duty fees. If you are purchasing internationally (unfortunately now including EU countries), please check possible customs fees before placing an order.
I am afraid I am currently not posting to the Republic of Ireland.
Ceramics:
Due to the fragile nature of my ceramic items, I cannot be held responsible for any damage caused during transit. For this reason I don't accept returns on ceramic items.
Returns:
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, or deem an item to be faulty, please contact me within 14 days of recieving your order and I will do my best to rectify any problems. Please do not send your item back without contacting me first.
If you would like to arrange a refund or exchange, your item must be returned in a perfect saleable condition, including any product packaging.
The cost of returning the item is your responsibility. Exchanges and refunds will be processed within 5 working days after receipt of item. Refunds do not include postage costs.
I'm afraid I can only accept returns and exchanges on UK orders.
